Dear Colleagues,

It is hard to believe we are already closing in on the final meeting of the year! Please note that it will be held on Wednesday, May 20, which is the third Wednesday of May rather than our usual fourth Wednesday of the month.  See details below regarding the fantastic program we have scheduled.

Also, the Romantic Festival is this weekend April 18 and 19 at Sherman Clay and Michelle’s Pianos.  Everyone is invited to come hear students perform the wonderful music of this period.

We are extremely fortunate to have Alexandre Dossin, DMA as our guest artist. His presentation will be on “Editing 'The Seasons' by Tchaikovsky”. He will be discussing the work he recently did for Schirmer/Hal Leonard publications, as well as perform some of Tchaikovsky for us! These pieces are not well known in the US, and their level of difficulty encompasses intermediate as well as more advanced students.
