Festival

OMTA Portland festivals are performance opportunities for students of OMTA teachers. The students prepare one or more pieces to play within a certain time limit (usually 5 to 7 minutes), then are critiqued by a master teacher/adjudicator. Students may enter in a competitive or non-competitive capacity, and perform among students of similar age. Students who register as competitors receive trophies or medals as awards.
